Upscale beachfront home

Opportunity:  Acquired in 1990 during the real estate slowdown of the early 1990’s, the rundown rental property was purchased with the assistance of a local construction loan.

Task:  The challenge was the design and construction of an upscale beachfront home, and its successful marketing.

Results:  While the project took 30 months from beginning to end, the house was successfully sold in 1992.
